Which do you think would do more to prevent people from shooting a bunch of people then committing suicide:
1- More gun control laws. (Preventing unstable people from buying guns and mandating that gun owners keep their guns locked up)
2- Banning the media from publishing shooters’ names (like they do in some court cases with juveniles) so that nobody will think they can get famous by pulling that kind of stunt.

never mind asked:
Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote that “…if American law were to be represented by a single figure, skeptic and worshiper alike would agree without dispute that the figure could be but one alone, and that one John Marshall. Chief Justice Burger has said that “… when we speak of ‘The Great Chief Justice’ we mean Marshal.”

Please explain the significance of Marshall’s influence on our country.
I know John Marshall had 1127 decisions but had only 7 loses during his time as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. One of the most famous cases was Marbury v. Madison.
Could anyone help me think of other facts and ideas? Thank you.
